My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were surprisingly pleasant, up-to-date, clean, and modern. The cleanliness and comfort of the beds made it a great place to stay the night before my cruise. However, there were a few instances where room service seemed to have missed my room, and service staff would enter without knocking at times.
The hotel came through with an extra to give me the cushiness I desired with clean and quiet rooms, but they were small. The service was very helpful in navigating the city, but a horrible bartender ruined the experience. The location is great and very close to the Tampa Riverwalk, even though it wasn't maintained during my stay. Dining meant walking a few blocks for an inexpensive alternative, and the facilities were fine.
The hotel's location was excellent, just off the Riverwalk and within walking distance to downtown. The rooms, while appearing clean, were outdated and had an unpleasant odor, not meeting the standard for the price. The service was considerate but may need improvement in certain areas.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a lovely bathroom and a modern, clean design. The great view and central location are definite pluses, but the atmosphere lacks a bit of cheerfulness.

The location was perfect for exploring downtown Tampa, especially with the beautiful Riverwalk nearby. The dining experience was terrific, although the breakfast could have offered more for the price. The facilities were well-maintained and added to my pleasant stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with good beds and a bit of a view of the river, even though the room wasn't ready at check-in. The service was amazing, very friendly, and kind, making our time there enjoyable. The location was perfect to celebrate my birthday in Tampa, right in the heart of downtown with easy access to many attractions. The dining experience was a little expensive, but the food quality was good. Overall, a great spot to stay in Tampa.
